We are above the issues of buying things with BTC, it became an investment for most of the people now and may be a financial dream in their future. If you want to buy things then just sell them and buy with your fiat, not a big problem.

Bitcoin is not meant to buy groceries and for your daily usage,if you think bitcoin is the only high volatile coin,check the rest of the crypto coins ,i think you are not meant to be in the crypto universe as all of the coins are really volatile ,there is no point in using bitcoin if you think you do not have a role in using it,no one is forcing you,you can move on to other things.

Typical people be like. They thought bitcoin is for everything that they need in their everyday lives, which is wrong. Bitcoin is a very valuable money which is not for everything that we wanted to buy because we want to, we are throwing away the profits that we could make out of it in the long run if this thing is what we are going to do. Totally stupidity of you is showing , here I am in my life a small business because of only due to the Bitcoin .
I started​ work in the Bitcoin with 0$ investment  . And made some earnings from the signature campaign and then invested my money in trading and made lot of money and after that I am doing my Bitcoin job perfectly and also recently started a small grocery shop which accept Bitcoin as an payment also .
Here many persons made Thier business with the volatility also ( exchange are what ? ) , And if you will pay a sufficient fee then why you need to doubt whether the payment is confirm or not .
People are using Bitcoin in own ways and will use also because of their profit with Bitcoin .

Like the saying goes, be the change that you want to see in the world. If you can't buy anything with bitcoins, then maybe it's a good idea to start your very own company that accepts bitcoin for payments. Since we're almost always uptrend and it's not mandatory to withdraw your funds during a downtrend, then holding the coins is not a bad idea to counter the volatility of bitcoins.

I can only imagine you holding ten million dollars in an underdeveloped country and since they are not accepting your dollars, you're just going to throw it away. That's the logic of your post.

Bitcoin is not meant to be used to buy groceries and other daily uses but instead, it's a cryptocurrency which is meant for digital uses. Using an example I used earlier today, you can ask the same question about gold. Why do people buy gold? Not to use it for daily uses, but instead as an investment option. If you look at recent news, Bitcoin has been accepted widely in Japan which probably means bitcoin can easily grow. I am also pretty sure that bitcoin will receive more media attention now. If you also easily convert your bitcoin in your country’s currency super easily. Just because Bitcoin is having some issues, it doesn’t that it will crash, every currency goes through ups and downs. No one is forcing you to keep your Bitcoin and there is certainly no point to be complaining here. You can just sell it and buy groceries with that.

Bitcoin dont need to die to increase the volume of other altcoin. Bitcoin is the basis of the other coin and i think bitcoin will not die even more decades comes and it will continuous to increase it value because of the massive adoption.

We tend to use bitckom as were alternative waay tk rfom. Bitcoim giving us chances to earn more and get what is needed.
