I'm still optimistic about the future of UNIFY coins, if many markets are receiving it does not take long for the user to accept.

Thank you for your optimism. We appreciate it.  Smiley

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

News from SBDomains:

The Programmer is still working on iOS & Android wallets. We have not received a working sample of his work as of yet, however, if the programmer delivers the needed products, we may perhaps consider asking him to join our team. He also said that he will audit the source code to see if we can find ways to improve it. The source code is fine but I want to find ways to improve it.

As for exchanges - I have been recently submitting to multiple exchanges from which I haven't heard back at this point. Only one that responded was https://crypto-bridge.org (but their volume is very low & listing price is 0.5 BTC, which is really high considering it has only $2k volumes).

As for the one's that did not respond as of yet is: Poloniex, Liqui, Tidex (but just emailed them today). I also have asked Livecoin if the price is still 4 BTC regarding the high BTC value increasement. Hopefully they'll respond soon.

As for submitting the coin back into Cryptopia - even if we do that in the future, we need to get our source code reviewed (and updated) first. Once that is done, possibility of getting listed back could be considered.

Roadmap is also currently being updated.

Also, yes the price has dropped, but if you're smart you know it's time to buy, not to sell. I have proven to you guys over and over again that I will continue to work on this coin even through the roughest times and I won't let my hard work, my team's, and my community of supporters hard work end up being for nothing. The community has also continued showing huge support by helping out with many different things. It's only a question of time: when we finish auditing and improving the code, and when we get listed on bigger exchanges. I'm pretty sure that with hard work the price will come back to previous pricing, and we'll continue to make progress from there. I will update you if something more is going to happen. Thank you all.

this coin looks nice, i see on coinmarkets wasnt good enough. hopely in nova will be better

Thank you! Smiley

Yes, CoinsMarkets.com have been listed without asking for my permission and it has the last place in CoinMarketCap.com by volume, so it is not the best place to have the coin at.

Hopefully we will get listed at NovaExchange.com soon - they have bigger volumes and that would be better for our coin.

Please are you still talking about Nova exchange? I read somewhere on this forum that novaexhange is closing business,or is that a false information?

You're quoting statements from several months ago. We've been on Nova for quite some time. Nova is changing owners and they told all customers to withdraw their coins from their exchange. They're giving everyone a few months to do so. You can go right on their website and see.

When they've finished the transition next spring they say they'll have an upgraded website. If you don't want to lose your coins, I suggest you withdraw them to your desktop wallet or another exchange.

Crypto Bridge is cool (I'm holding their BCO token  Grin). I see why they're charging a fee for listing, that keeps away some scam projects and it's taking some work to list coins which aren't ERC-20 tokens - not sure if that's a good idea with the low volume though.

Etherdelta only handles Ethereum based ERC-20 tokens. Hence the name.

What OS are you using, I'm using Windows 8.1 and just started my wallet back up after 2 days offline and it synced about ~30 hours in less than a minute.  You may want to close your wallet, and delete everything except your wallet.dat in your UnifyV2 folder in appdata/roaming/UnifyV2 DO NOT delete your wallet.dat, just everything else in the folder.  After this, start your wallet back up.  You should also have your wallet.dat backed up somewhere else, just as a side note.  We are in the process of figuring out why some people are having issues with the wallet.

Here is more information on wallet syncing:

Is this coin project really what I'm looking for? Can it rise like a bitcoin and an etheric square? What are the expectations of a coin without investment value?

Once the coin is being used to buy and sell things, it will increase in value.  This will start snowballing when the market and crowdfunding platform are established, along with being integrated into other websites.  Unify is still very new compared to other coins, and these things take time.  There is a small, but strong backing behind this coin which is growing each day.  Buy, hold, don't think about it too much, stake if you want to earn more and help the blockchain, and check in on development every once in a while.  Applications for this coin are yet to come, but they will come.

Wallet stuck on block 58808.
5 days behind.
8 connections.

and i'm 8 days behind stuck on block 59936 with 12 connections and running the wallet continuously for a couple days.
strangely enough this is stuck shortly after i received my first coins from an exchange and then shut down the wallet for a few days -- about 116 confirms on that transaction before shutting down the wallet.

windows7/64bit, wallet version v1.2.0.2-g-POS

perhaps a zipfile of a recent snapshot/bootstrap of the blockfiles could be made available for people to get around these humps (not recovering from soft forks?)
