It all depends on how they contact Bittrex, and as far as I know if registering to exchange Bittrex in must pay around 3BTC to be registered on BIttrex exchange, which is the problem whether dev is willing to pay all that ..

in c-cex there is absolutely no price increase, they make coins for free

Of course we plan to get added unto Bittrex. 3 BTC would be worth it.
But we have a little more work to do first. Coinmarketcap is next on the list.

If anyone is having problems sending SVC to C-Cex from a NXT wallet it is because you need 1 NXT to send the SVC to the exchange. However, this is only a temporary thing because when we transition to Ardor this year you will only need SVC. No NXT.
