Why not, ethereum is new revolution in technology of blockchain, we can build projects on there be called dapps, that is more good than bitcoins blockchain, we can not build projects on bitcoins blockchain. Ethereum has smart contract be offered to the people than bitcoins blockchain, so there is chance ethereum defeat the bitcoins.

Maybe Ether will surpass bitcoin because as Ive observe many peole hooked up to invest in Ethereum. Maybe not maybe yes will surpass. Also bitcoin is the top being use nationwide though Ethereum is next. So Im still observing these two.

Definitely not. At least bitcoin at the moment does not have an active major hard fork even though there probably will be in the future. But ethereum has its own big problem which is Ether classic, i think that ether classic will actually pick up some momentum and climb to around 1/4 of Ether's price in the very near future because Ether classic was the original ether, the ether that everyone bought at the crowdsale. But somehow people don't realise that and they keep on pumping ETH instead.

Due to the transaction of the bitcoin is getting increasingly painful specially for small transaction i think etherum have possibilty to surpass bitcoin at least untill this scaling issue is resolved. i'm not a big fan of the etherum but i must confess that transaction with etherum is simpler,faster and the fee are also cheap. In the other hand its smart contract capability it is usually the first platform that company go to.

Because The more people are realized about the future of ethereum. The scaling problem is the main problem that makes the rapid increase of ethereum demands and volume.

It's a big nope for me, I'm confident that bitcoin will not be surpassed by Eth and it will always be on the top list.

I have to agree that eth is now becoming even popular and with it's upcoming change from PoW to PoS.

It's making eth hunters and traders to hoard more but still it can't defeat bitcoin.

Ethereum has scaling issues on its own. I guess you did not notice how ETH was shut down the other day, because of an ICO?

ETH is simply an ICO machine. 90% of the traffic is just ICO, and 1% is Dapps. The price increase is due to need for ETH for ICO's.

Im cannot see any using of ETH, can see only crazy inflation
