Yes, we incorporated as a Delaware corporation in December of 2013 and later were incubated by IBM.  One of the benefits of taking part in our ICO is that we already have a functioning platform with thousands of users.  Many ICO's are only an idea, so the fact that we have a functioning platform already increases the chance of success for the ICO and beyond.  We are battle tested.
