I think you should give reason if you say an ICO is scam. I don't argue your argument but I support however you should give proof so ICO participants or bounty campaigners will alert about the new coin. I also victim of scam. So be careful to new ICO.

Polybius is a real scam project. I think the team has changed the result of his ico. There is no transparency and it can be manipulated by the scammer easiliy to change the result of his ico and make the investors are interested with its bullshit project.

I think it's wrong that someone can create more than one accounts here in the forum to make money with signatures campaign  or to defame other people.

OP has his right to open a Scam Accusations if he finds something is scam. but Op can not post this here.

And you have your right to create a thread in the reputation section to complain about OP conduct if you find that OP is defaming some project
