legalizing bitcoin in developed countries is easy, but in developing countries bitcoin is less acceptable to governments, because they consider bitcoin to cause inflation in their currencies

Every island out there is already controlled by a government, uninhabited or not - they will not allow you to just take over and build your own jurisdiction. You will still be subject to all the laws of the governing country, so cannot make your own laws. I think Sealand have gotten the closest to this idea, an offshore rig that offers hosting and other online services, along with "citizenship". If their closest neighbour wanted to take them over it could be done with ease.
Lol! Exactly. Every island there is occupied or not surely belong to one of its neighboring countries and no country will give a piece of its land to be governed and managed by others. Much more if it will not benefit the corrupt government. But the idea is nice. Could also dream of that.   Wink

You are right just because of this they are trying hard to stop this but until now most of countries completely fail to do this because now its spreading they need to do work with experts and try to bring this in legalizing which is much better for any country because this is currently most hot topic and bring new technology day by day

Do you think if we create an initiative group for the legalization of bitcoin. To find uninhabited island, to announce the collection of funds for its acquisition. Everyone who contribute will receive a piece of this island. Based on the state of Bitcoin official currency of this state to make a bitcoin. Do you like this idea?
You know that nowadays somebody just has a plan to create something like that for only crypto users? I don't know how is it going but i saw plan of this exclusive island!

Nice idea but there is a need for a deeper analysis regarding your idea, in deed every island is owned by a government and i don't think that they will accept bitcoin, and i have a theory: people are selfish so it is hard to involve a lot of people in one project when it comes to investments.

Blockchain (an bitcoin) is a marker new evolution. And as beings who could not adapt and died out - the states and governments that will try to resist this new evolution remain on the sidelines of progress, with all their citizens.

Uninhabited island is still under the government supervisions and territory abided by law. I think it's too soon to legalize bitcoin since many adjustments should be made to its adoption

talking about the legality of bitcoin, this is very interesting. because not all countries can legalize bitcoin. there are some who block bitcoin access in the country for reasons of state security and even fear of inflation in its currency due to bitcoin.

I think it is quite possible if it changes its some of the conditions and upgrade its technology. i think right now it is not possible the supply of bitcoin that is limited to fixed number and it will not able to supply all the needs of people and also the fees of bitcoin which is getting higher and higher and it means that we are not able to transact regularly because the fees is such a pain in the ass for us as i am a jr member and the pay i got for my rank through signature campaign is less than its transection fee which is very painful for me as well as many members like me.

Of course, governments will try to outlaw bitcoin at the beginning, the they'll find a way to control them.
In europe they're talking about a general database of bitcoin addresses...

There's no free island now, even those uninhabited are already owned and controlled by one country. Also, if you live in that uninhabited island, how about the internet? Can you still connect with bitcoin?

It could be hard for that certain plan because i believe the community wont let it to happen.  This is one reason also why some countries are banning bitcoin. Bitcoin investment is a really a big money, and making it legalized it could add interest to the government for taking it controlled.

This is a fantasy idea. will be hard to realize. You can imagine how difficult it is to bring people from different countries, cultures, languages, tribes who then unite on an island. In addition, all uninhabited or inhabited islands are the sovereignty of a state, and we must obey the rules. I think it will be very difficult to do.

Legalizing bitcoin is not a bad thing as long as it is being tolerated properly. Doing such thing is a good idea but I don't think it's feasible enough. We should focus more on having bitcoin acknowledge as a good curreny in different parts of the world so that it will end up being legalized for the greater good of the many. Bitcoin has already proven enough ever since and I think it deserves to be prioritized because of the good things it has brought to us.

We all have our different variations of law in relation with bitcoin and it widely affects our living nowadays. Having bitcoin legalized within our region may be considered as a great opportunity knowing that it has a lot of great features which is helpful for the convenience of everyone. Somehow it can also be a threat wherein bitcoin's power may grow and take over the whole nation or maybe bitcoin will be used in some illegal transactions.

I think every country has its own laws to regulate the currency that circulates in its country. so also bitcoins have rules that you can still use when your country allows the use of bitcoins. but there are some countries that have laws to ban bitcoin so bitcoin can not be used in that country. maybe bitcoin does not yet have a strong legality to be free in any country. but all you can do is keep the bitcoin in order to stay afloat.

Not all country has the same idea regarding to bitcoins. There are countries that are oppose to bitcoin but there are some who promotes bitcoin on their own way. We have different way to see what are the capabilities of bitcoin, the what it can do to us and to the surroundings. So this idea is quite difficult to achieve.

I feel that if bitcoin is legalized, there is a high probability that a lot of people will be drawn more to it. Legalization of something gives people the confidence and trust that nothing could go wrong. In addition, there is also the chance that the volatility range of bitcoin when it's low will be lessen and the  increase would be greater than what is usual.

But I think, bitcoin cannot be legalized as it is deep into the internet. The only fact why government thinks of legalization is to ensure that people pay proper taxes, otherwise users can anonymous buy and sell through bitcoin. No matter, how they try to outlaw or find ways to control the bitcoin and the end it is going to remain decentralized, there are various methods to get anonymous on internet and crypto lovers will always find ways to escape these legalization also.

it seems that it does not really matter because bitcoin technology is having points in all countries if bitcoin is only focused on an island then bitcoin security system will be disrupted as it could become target of terrorist attack.
