The source codes of the Satoshi Client prior 0.3.24 have been removed from the sourceforge repository. I don't know why.

Do any of you have the source codes of client versions prior 0.3.24 ?

The only previous version I have is 0.1.

I would appreciate it a lot.

Best regards,
 Sergio.

Odd.  I see v0.1.5 and github says it was changed "4 years ago".

Bitcoin didn't start in git, but I believe that old versions were all pushed up and tagged a while back, possibly in April of 2011.

No, this is for other purposes. I want to see when something was patched and by who.

Thank you all for your help.

I found that on github you can access any old release by tag (instead of by branch)

For example, here https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/tree/v0.4.0 you can browse the 0.4.0 branch.

Best regards,
 Sergio.
