New planned altcoin ValueCoin

Purpose: I am student of Economics/Computer science and as my bachelor thesis theme I chose „how to enhance trust of society in cryptocurrencies, with regard of weakening central banking“. What I would like to achieve is that more and more people would be attracted to cryptocurrencies and blockchain – both have mechanisms to lower bad points of nowadays democracy/kapitalism system we are living in. Blockchain – bribes in state offices, coins - central banking money games.

Concept: The biggest problems I see in attracting public to cryptocurrencies is not sufficient possibility to use the coins as standard currency (lot of people are working on this), bad reputation of cryptocurrencies being used for financing crime and drugs (marketing of actual governments which I cannot affect) and extreme volatity of cryptocurrencies exchange reates. For the last point I came up with an idea and this is the reason you are now reading this post.
I would like to show public that volatility of all crypto market is not that big in long term period and that cryptocurrencies as a financial or project instrument are being constantly on rise even if one altcoin may be in troubeles. Normally you would achieve this by indexing the market – what was also done in crypto market; but I see disatvantages on crypto market as it is young and cryptocurrencies are being created fast and for index itself it is hard to react for such a quick changes.
What I would like to do is to launch new altcoin ValueCoin, which purpose and ONLY purpose will be to hold the value. It will not be used for payments, it will not host any blockchain project. And important – it will be hard to get, so only for people already working with cryptocurrencies. No gate planned how to buy coins with credit card or other similar stuff. This will cause stacking the coins only within community of coin traders and it will hold the volatility of coin at low levels (as it will work as savings account). Also if I am right we will see the slow rise of coin value regardles at which exchange rate it will stand.

Needed characteristics: From my humble point of view, to achieve the purpose, coin has to be PoS, premined, with such a coin creation that will only replace the lost coins (lost logins, ...). There shall be no or minimal inflation. What is not important is exchange rate, because the purpose is to keep track of rate changes in time, not its value itself.

Time frame: I would like to achieve launch of new coin this year – if after further analysis I will find project worth it.

And now to the reason I wrote this post. I am cryptocurrency newbie, after reading threads about themes I was interested in on this forum, I think here is a lot of skilled people. I would appreciate any ideas about the intended project, maybe I overlooked something really basic and would waste time I can use for something better. Please let me know what you think.
