Since Xapo is an online wallet, only xapo support can help you out (unless i'm missing something here). If you want to avoid these kind of problems, i'd advise you to switch to a decent desktop or hardware wallet in the future!

Don't worry, it will be in your wallet as soon as possible. Try to contact them by email, but i strongly recomand by DM on twitter. I had the same problem a week ago and they replied in minutes.

Would have been better for others if you could post the transaction id. 100 confirmations is far too good for the money to be in your account. Not used xapo, is it a wallet or an exchange? It appears they are an exchange and perhaps they need to manually update everything.

Currently, they are having too many issues with their wallet but as soon as they receive your request, they'll resolve your issue. Your transaction must already be confirmed but the wallet support may be down.

This is just a minor case and Im sure it will resolved soon even just by reading your ticket concern and will not response to you. Maybe just a bit of error on the way that's why it doesn't reflect in your wallet yet.

So after hours of posting that here, you already contact their support? What did they say?

Once you got your bitcoin in xapo better to stop using it right now like other said they are halving any issue.. many people right now are complaining about login issue and some bugs about their site..
And only the support can help you to fix the issue they can refresh your account the pending will added to your balance..
This is what happen before that is why i stop online wallet because it takes longer time to fix my issue.. if you really want a safe place for your bitcoin better to use desktop wallet like electrum that you have fully control and can back up the private key that you can install to other wallet once electrum wallet are halving issue..
