Hi,

My account (username: "flis1986") was locked when I tried to retrieve my password.
When trying to login, I receive the following message:

"Sorry flis1986, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com"

I have tried to send a few emails to the provided address, but I didn't receive any response.
How can I unlock my account?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best,
flis1986

--snipe--
Did you try to reset the password using the security question ?  Yes,it is a known issue.
Mailing doesn't help.Please follow this link to know the relevant steps required to get your account back :

Having said that,there is no guarantee the admins will recover your account.

Thank you.
I have tried to restore the account with the security question, but apparently it didn't work.
I am using the same email address, so this is a good proof for ownership.

Yeah it's a known bug.

Who knows who's behind that email address ? A hacker could have gained access to your email and can claim it's his bitcointalk account now,makes sense ? Only signed messages are considered legit way of proving ownership of an account.

To be honest I didn't understand how tou use this:

Quote
Send one PM to either me or Cyrus. When sending a PM, use a template like this:

Quote
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
My account <account> has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to <email>. The current date is <date>.
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----
<insert address here>
<insert signature here>
-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Here is the unedited post where I posted that address: ...
OR
I sent that address to someone in a PM with PM ID#...

Could you explain what should I do with it?

Should I send PM to bitcoin address in signature of Theymos or Cyrus?

In <email> should I put my old email? Should I reset an email If it is not hacked/lost?

<insert address here> - address in profile of my locked account or?
<insert signature here> - what is this?

What I need to use to send a sign message?
