This is because last few ICO who got themselves hacked.that effect little bit of people's trust on ICO, hopefully DAJ will gain some trust later on.

I dont say that this 2 things are the one and only way to make an ICO)) Just a suggestion to speed up ICO. Cause I cant believe such a nice project get so little attention.
Other ICOs are stuck as well by the way. Looks like that money flow stopped. And thats why I believe that the main reason behind this is august. Usually, all traders and investors go to vacation.

Another reason is that almost all the recent ICOs price has dropped below the ico price when the token hits exchanges, i think this is also a factor that is causing the ICOs to be a bit slower nowadays, so not much to worry.
