Are there any plans to get people to recruit Freelancers for ICOs, translation, copy writing etc. on Blocklancer instead of BCT?
That would surely raise the quality of future projects.

Do you mean if we only get clients from the Bitcointalk forum? In that case no, a very big part of the presale funds have been invested into heavy marketing to attract more freelancers. If that wasn't your question please clarify |

That would help campaign managers find more skilled people, which would increase the overall quality of upcoming projects. |

Blocklancer has a good platform and good approach in giving out freelance jobs using the blockchain. One of the suprising ICO's as I have researched. This will become a boom once this starts. Swarm assets management will also bring new insights to the blockchain much like Blocklancer.

Well, you'll be able to find specialized people in these aspects for example: ICO management, bounty management... But it isn't planned to build up entire bounty campaigns. There are other projects currently working on organizing entire campaigns. |

I also believe that Blocklancer will be a huge success I would be surprised if it wouldn't be based on the fee structure alone. Nevermind all the other issues with Freelancing websites. |
