those freelancers working through your platform, will they get paid in your tokens only?
They will be able to get paid in various cryptocurrencies and perhaps even fiat eventually.

When it comes it dispute resolution by voting on your blockchain, is there a minimum number of votes required to make a decision valid? What if an expected large group of token holders refrains from voting at all?

There will always be votes in our token tribunal. People will vote because they'll receive a payment for that Smiley

In this way our token holders make profit holding the LNC token and help by solving disputes.
What if the votes turn out extremely close? Or even result in a draw?

We will always have the exact results, it is very difficult to yo have an exact draw. But if something like that happens the platform holders will find a solution.
How about forcing the amount of voters in the tribunal to be an uneven number to avoid draws?

Not sure if you can even then guarantee a final decision because it must be possible to refrain from a vote or not? What if someone simply doesn't know the answer? Arbitrary vote shouldn't be incentivized. Although it probably already is due to the payment for voting. Dispute resolution is a really complex matter, much more difficult than many would expect. I am interested in the whole solution you are going to provide for all kinds of different problems that could possibly occur during such process. There are a lot.

Hi,

There will be a lot of voters in the token holder tribunal, it is nearly impossible that no one to votes. Even in this case, difficult questions could be given to the more quality voters (voters that are more trustful). In this way all disputes will be solved fairly.

By the way, you can also find an explanation of the tribunal at the point 8.2 in the whitepaper.

I really liked the idea of creating a platform for freelancers. I will watch the project, I hope it will be very successful.

Good! The platform will make the freelancers and workhunters life much easier Smiley

Was Blocklancer impacted by the recent Parity failure?
Hi,
Thanks for pointing that out.  Smiley
Blocklancer wasn't affected by this.  Smiley Luckily I personally don't like to use multisig wallets or anything that I don't have full control of. Especially when it is about money of others (our investors). We will never take the easy way in that regard.
Rest assured there wont be anything ever.

Quick question was any ICO affected by this?

Best regards,
The Blocklancer Team

edit: Just read that PolkaDot was affected.

Mainly the administrative purpose section is where the payment of team members, designers and exclusive workers belong.
