Origin Protocol is building protocols for the decentralized sharing economy. Origin believes that monopolistic middlemen have no place in peer-to-peer marketplaces. Blockchain technology will have a profound impact on the global economy from how companies are started to how markets are organized.

The global Origin community of engineers are collaborating on the creation of a JavaScript library and a smart contract library. Origin does all of this open source development in public.
