Most of the ICOs out there are scam so you should invest only in that ICOs who have a very very good development team who will take care of the hard earned money you invest. Currently i am looking out for tezos and suncontract. I really loved their concept.

Not all ICO are scams.
There are project out there with dev/team believing in what they do. ICOs simply give the possibility to investors to help developing a product and, if everything goes well, earn something from it.

There are many upcoming ICOs, there is scam and there is legit. It depends on the developers if they will make the seriously. So we need to choose what upcoming ICOs we will going to invest and before we invest to prevent our money to be risky we should read the whitepaper again and again then they should need to use escrow for the payments.

Not all of them are scam and I'm ICO believer. There are so many ICO who have profited me with there smart contracts. Currently I'm holding 5-6 different ICO in which CIVIC DCORP and OTX are the one which I be.ive most. DCORP has done most of the investment by raising millions of dollars through their pre sale phase. Know that you should be strategic investor and not doubtful. TenX from your list is another ICO which has fully developed product that TenX debit card. It is the only reason it will get most of the benefits for it self and to the shareholders.

Well ICO's is just big hype and for lazy people. You can still buy those coins/assets once it goes live @ exchanges in a similar ICO price  |

Take a look at Santiment and X8 currency, backed by cofound.it - they at least have some kind of project review and reject 95% of applications.

Not all of them are scams for example: primalbase,coindash,tezos  I strongly believe Primalbase and coindash. Primalbase and coindash looks promising.  |

I think we can't choose what is best ico, maybe the project looks promising and good team, but in the end.... markets will choose them

Choose and learn the ico concept you are targeting that I think already represent the best ico.
How can I say the best ico that there is no reason if ico relies on the luck factor.
