Bounty campaign frozen issue was not good at all. The date given is too late.

There is no other way than to pause the promotions. I hope you will get what you are wishing for by pre-sale and ICO. It is a negative mark on the team for no proper planning.

I agree with you but this is good choice for keep safe their project, most potential ICO at now are delay to last September or more than, not only Spectiv.
