He is accepting very low prices, with no bargain at all, with a very unsatisfactory story. Insisting on to other people to send first. I wouldn't send him first one bitcent. But I'm not accusing him, no evidence at all from me.

One additional point: did anyone asked him for his addresses to check on a blockexplorer if he has the amounts he is claiming, before sending first?

I think maybe he realised he can get a bit more and did not know how to say it. anyways there are some data on william not like phone yet somethings might be digged Smiley William sometimes people ovetrade happens.
