I now created 3 support tickets. Hopefully they will respond soon. 30ETH is a considerable amount.... anything else I can do?

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Still no response from Poloniex support.. does anyone know what average waiting times are currently? I read on several threads that they are way behind in handling support tickets.

I've read a lot of issues concerning Ethereum for the past few months in Poloniex most especially withdrawing this coin. And it does take some time for the transaction, the best thing you could do is spam tickets for their support to answer your queries.

I've read a lot of issues concerning Ethereum for the past few months in Poloniex most especially withdrawing this coin. And it does take some time for the transaction, the best thing you could do is spam tickets for their support to answer your queries.
Poloniex have credited my ETC and i am convinced that they had resolved their deposit and withdrawal problems, have you tried to contact their support because they are now active and reply faster. |

You should pay more attention to the warning before the deposit. Poloniex recommends ETH deposit at least 1 ETH. I also do not know the reason what makes them suggest like that but as their member we can only follow the existing rules.That means maybe in the withdrawal prosess we also experienced the same thing. I never withdraw or deposit ETH to and from poloniex. Iam always convert them to another coins for withdraw it.
And I can send and transfer ETH in my bitcoin wallet and follow the rules. Regulatory compliance helps bitcoins to last longer. |

Working with Poloniex is just like talking with a wall nowadays. You can say anything you want, but there is no action from other side. The action usually happens when you are about to forget your money.
Polo must resolve these issues in order to keep its customer base. I have switched to Bittrex due to such issues and recommend same for anyone that experience such problems.

it happened to me an hour ago, nothing yet on blockchain and no response from support either. |

it happened to me an hour ago, nothing yet on blockchain and no response from support either. Dear FT, We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible. Rest assured it will be broadcast and confirmed soon. Kindly check back and close the tickets as soon as the issue gets solved and all other solved but opened tickets. Im having the same exact problem. Ive emailed them but I can't open a support ticket. It keeps on saying that my password is incorrect when I know its a 100% right because Im signing into my account.
Did anyone resolve this issue?

ETH not received from Poloniex - 20 days and counting.
In Poloniex wallet it shows that transaction complete but ETH is not sent to address and the amount is missing in my both wallets!
I posted a Ticket to Poloniex team but had no answer yet (20 days)!

Be aware!!! Sending or receiving ETH from or to POLONIEX.
What can I do to speed the process?
