Yes. ETH/AVT rates were done at $250 ETH per USD. We will not be changing this.

ICO will start 19th and finish 24th, it's only 5 days. If they collect hard cap amount then it will finish in less than 5 days. I don't think there's a possibility that minimum target don't reach. They'll collect funds, this project is very promising.
