They sell 6m AVT. 3m (50%) was sold during the closed presale by strategic partners (Forbes article mentiones Global Advisors' 1m investment https://www.forbes.com/sites/laurashin/2017/07/12/crypto-boom-15-new-hedge-funds-want-in-on-84000-returns/#390fc34e416a).

So only 3m AVT left and they need to gather ~7.5m$ during the public ICO selling 30% of AVT tokens supply.

Yes. ETH/AVT rates were done at $250 ETH per USD. We will not be changing this.

I agree with you, I have been closely monitoring this project too and I believe this will sell out very quick. More investors are getting interested in this project so it's a good thing plus ICO is coming really soon which is pretty exciting.

Get close is too humble a prediction. For sure they will hit the minimum in no time at all. The maximum of course will also be hit. I am even very positive that the maximum will be hit in 2 days at most. This is going to be a great ICO. Remember, this project is not just some low-level one. This project is poised to contribute much to the ticketing system that we have now.
