They provide five options in bitcoin, ethereum, waves, litecoin and dash. I used eth earlier and it went through. There's some problem with eth and waves confirmation according to their slack.

They distribute 100% profit to token holder and they hold about 50% of the token. So they still earn some revenue to keep them going. You can check the token allocation in the whitepaper
