Okay so I am fairly new to the whole Bitcoin process, but i have bought items before so I'm not a total rookie. For some reason i need help with one issue. I added bitcoin to my TorWallet and anonymized them as usual, and then sent them to another wallet. Well, TorWallet says that my balance is less than what it was before, like the bitcoin sent right? well it never arrived to the other wallet so i looked up my TorWallet address on the blockchain and it says that there is a balance of the original amount, but the amount i was removing is "unspent" and i am having trouble understanding exactly what this means and how i can get my transaction to go through. Normally this doesn't happen and the funds are sent in 24 hours or less but it has been almost 3 days and still nothing. pls help me figure a solution out pls and thanks

Could you post the transaction id? Is it just an unconfirmed transaction or did the transaction not happen at all? If it was sent we'll have to check out the fee and see if that's the issue.

It looks like the bitcoin is there and it hasn't been sent....I don't quite get what you're asking.  Are you wondering why it wasn't sent to a new address?  If you have the pk to 1PzCH3wfZKWgJXgG1ahJnGqCbwwuf35uST then you should be able to spend the bitcoin at that address....

I had my coins in that account to start with, and sent them to another wallet, but the funds never went through to that other wallet. on my TorWallet(the original one), it says that the balance is 0 because i sent my bitcoins to that new address, but the new address doesn't have the bitcoin in it. so when i look it up on the blockchain, it says that the funds are still in my TorWallet and they are "unspent" and i just don't know what that means. i have my private key, its just the issue that TorWallet won't let me send anymore bitcoin because it is reading that i already sent them. Im just trying to figure out where my coins are and why this transaction is taking 3+ days to complete even though it has never done this before and i always include a fee. it says "unspent outputs"

This isn't a blockchain issue it's the wallet you're using. I had never heard of torwallet but after reading through some posts idk if it's a legit wallet. Why not just use core or electrum through TOR?

If you have the private key, just use a different client....the funds are at that address but for some reason the client you are using is not working correctly....use a different client.

There are some allegations and accusations found against torwallet if it's the one ending in .org you are using. Here are some references:

Use Electrum wallet. I think the post down here should help you accomplish what you are asking. It is easy , just follow the steps in the thread

Use a blockchain.info wallet if you have to, but I use the core client.  The problem with using the core client is that it takes a long time to sync....but if you need to get access to the funds fast, you can just import the address using  its private key directly into your blockchain.info wallet....<settings> <addresses> [import address] <----pk.....BE CAREFUL....if you lose control of your pk your funds can be lost forever.

References: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/How_to_import_private_keys

EDIT: Electrum wallet will work too....as long as you maintain sole control over your pk you are golden....

Sorry to tell you, but you were probably scammed by TorWallet.com. TorWallet is owned by a scammer, and he has scammed many people with his various sites as well as TorWallet in the past. Please do some research before picking a wallet in the future, or anything that holds your bitcoins. A quick search on google for "TorWallet.com" scam comes up with quite a few results on the fact that it scammed people

What don't you understand? I'd be happy to try to answer your questions, or you could post it in the Electrum board. I recommend keeping wallets on your HDD/SSD, as you don't have the risk of the service getting hacked or running off.

Unspent just means that you have not spent those coins.  If you click on the wallet address there on blockcypher you will see that the TX went through and the amount in the balance is about right, I guess the amount is correct.  I never saw you mention the receiving wallet, what kind is that?

I think his complaint was that he did not have a balance displayed in the wallet he sent the coins from.  He could demonstrate that the funds were still at the address and unspent by searching the block explorer with the transaction id but he couldn't access the funds from the wallet that contained the address....very strange....it actually sounds like some sort of synchronization problem but I don't know how the torwallet works.

Torwallet is a known scam, unfortunately the name/brand Tor keeps fooling unsuspecting users into thinking it is the official wallet for tor. Tor has nothing to do with this wallet and apparently it has been used to steal hundreds of bitcoins.

This guy has it correct^ the blockchain says the bitcoin is still in that account, but on the actual site its says they are gone because i sent them to the other wallet. Its not making any sense

If you sent to an online wallet or an online site, then they might have not given you the coins yet or you came in under a very high minimum.

CLick that wallet address and take a look.
