There is a lot more than 20BTC worth of BQC being dumped on bter. It's just hidden. I'm dumping over 50BTC worth myself there |

I think yes, for 2 reasons: 1) the announcement itself is a kind of pump; announcing the pump creates hype, thus already pumping value of coin 2) once the actual pump takes place, people recognize it for what it is, and hasten to buy to take advantage of it, making it even more effective (since they recognize vast amounts will be bought) |
