 1.  Ethereum based Tomahawkcoin was minted with the intention to bridge the two worlds of trading virtual currency and the equity ownership in Tomahawk Exploration LLC. With a solid business plan and business model, designed to maintain and thereby increase the initial value of the ICO. We are distinct from Paycoin and other failed promises hidden behind virtual currencies in the past which had no business plan and highly priced from the gate, Tomahawkcoin will be priced at $0.05, or it's USD equivalency in the currently wide and most popular used digital currency, such as Dogecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ripple.

2.   The total Tomahawkcoin number will be set at 200,000,000 coins, and our intention is to have the coin trade on all applicable exchanges.

3.   The bold ICO price objective and confident time horizon goal of 18 months is based on the legitimacy of Tomahawk Exploration LLC, an oil & gas exploration company, managed by David Laurance and registered in Nevada with HQ in California.

4.The time horizon of 18 months is fundamental to the initial ICO, whereas ICO capital will be used to place Tomahawk Exploration LLC (The Company) into a publicly traded company on the OTC Market and fund the cost of drilling the 10 wells available.

I will get some people on top of this right away and could not agree more. However I would of tried to point it out in a better way or PM and if I liked the project and clearly seen a lot of zeros I would just fix it myself. As a Hero Member I would think you would be glad to see real people show up here with real companies with past proven track records with a Crypto that is backed by 100 Oil wells needing funding for extraction equipment. These people are real and want to fund their company and share the profits with regular folks. We need to support projects like this that have respected businessmen and real assets behind those tokens if we want Crypto to ever really be mainstream. David Laurance probably looks at your comment and says to himself "Lord what have I got myself into" because he now associates 'Hero Members' as people that bounce in the forum and sarcasm as a way to welcome regular folks, take them down a notch, and do them a favor by letting them and the world know that maybe the least important aspect of his project might of been slightly rushed. The difference between a troll like you and a paid troll that is spreading FUD as a job and for personal lowlife self gain is this. My wife is Spanish, thanks for the suggestion, we do need some attention towards the Web Design, the site we are using Webs is very limited, we and i personally had weebly in the past related to digital currency, and weebly has closed all 38 websites i had started in 2011, without warning, explanation or even refund.

So I decided to try Webs, to my surprise they suck badly, no room for improvement at least with weebly i could access the site and change coding, this one we have is limited.

So i can think of help with the web site and even web design as well as raising awareness among players and virtual currency enthusiasts, as well people that understand the stock market since these coin will be converted for publicly traded shares in the OTC Markets, the stock exchange.

The reason we created Tomahawkcoin as a means of investment and also a coin without decimal points or fractions of a coin, Tomahawkcoin will trade as a full coin purchase since one day will be exchanged for shares.

I even had a very active blog on Cryptocointalk about scams and they removed it, even sent them a message about it and their response was:
"I haven't touched the blogs in awhile.  Not many people were using it and quite frankly it's not a major priority for me.

Even my Bitcointalk account was hacked during that time under horiacretan and horia2cretan, now i've learned valuable lessons that can be applied to a better and more safe path to success for everyone.

So over 6 years of being involved in the crypto world, i've seen coins come and go with people's hard earned money, i despise that, and people like Fyrstikken and the CryptoRush group which i argued with on this site for a long time. Don't get me started on Paycoin and Big Vern from Cryptsy.

We, and i personally found a solid way to keep the community created by Tomahawkcoin, safe and above the market with a real company registered in Nevada with a great group of outstanding citizens and a successful business plan.

We really want to give back to this community that are true pioneers in the world of crypto, what better way then a consistent value for their investment.

Not to bash other coins, but i'm looking at Humaniq that have an idiotic business plan and was able to raise so much money, just ridiculous, making Bank accounts for homeless people without I.D. or access to internet, just horrific.

We're in negotiations and talks with various platforms and exchanges, since Tomahawkcoin is built on Waves platform, the Crowdsale is usually Hosted on Waves Platform, but we are already talking to Bittrex, C Cex, Yo Bit and Token Market.

The U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve is at a 12-year low after the Department of Energy made deliveries of volumes sold earlier this year, Bloomberg reported. According to the Department of Energy, at of June 30, the SPR had 682 million barrels of crude in it, after more than 10 million barrels were sold over the first five months of the year.

Yet, there is no cause for concern: shale production, according to energy analysts, has created a comfortable cushion against potential shortages, and the U.S. simply does not need to store as much petroleum as it once did.

“You only need 60 days of your net import of crude and products in the emergency stockpiles,” Macquarie Capital analyst Vikas Dwivedi told Bloomberg. “Given the fact that we don’t net import that much any more, we only really need 300 million barrels.”

Daily U.S. oil imports for the week to June 23 averaged some 8 million barrels, and 8.1 million bpd was the average for the last four weeks, according to the Energy Information Administration’s last weekly petroleum data report.

Total oil and product imports stood at 9.83 million bpd. Exports of crude and products averaged 5.6 million. Net crude oil and products imports for the week to June 23 stood at 4.23 million barrels. According to Bloomberg, this compared with a high of 14.4 million barrels daily in November 2005.

Oil Up As Saudis Consider Deeper Output Cuts

•    The EIA forecasts that retail gasoline prices will average $2.38 per gallon in the U.S. between April and September, the second lowest average price since 2005. However, prices will be slightly up from the 2016 average of just $2.23/gallon.

•    The EIA lowered its forecasted Brent oil price for the summer from $54 down to just $50 per barrel in its latest outlook.

•    The lowering of its forecast by $4 per barrel for crude translates to a decline of 10 cents per gallon of gasoline, although because of wholesale margins and taxes, the price at the pump will be 8 cents/gallon lower than it would have been in the previous forecast.

So every business seeking to gain funding needs to go the VC route? The oil has already been proven to be there, there is a concise plan on what they are using the money for. You can trade these tokens, or hold them to exchange for gift shares eventually. How is the probability of failure high?

Is true, we moved fast, and because of that we will host the ICO longer than most since word of mouth is definitely needed with any project, already working on the new White Paper, but I'll take the time to answer your question.

allow the company to open more wells for production.

Obviously, if only $500,000 is raised less shareholder will have their hands in Tomahawk Exploration LLC, that's not to say that we are not allowed to have the ICO opened until we reach a decent goal, but nevertheless, more equity owners less profits spread among the group.

 Tomahawk Exploration LLC can make money as low as $20 per bbl , so how can we sit by and let events out of our control dictate our business future. Oil demand is increasing World Wide with the 2,000,000 bbls a day surplus being narrowed every year by a combination of our peak being reached and with China and India continuing their growth. The world will always be full of strife and all we need to do is keep going.

Thankfully the actual price per barrel is approaching $50 and shows no indication of dropping since the US oil reserves are at it's lowest ever, also recent announcement by Trump administration will implement and reinforce restrictions and reductions on importing oil from Venezuela due to recent political events disrupting Venezuela's progress based on a current Dictatorship, as referred to by Donald J. Trump.

We also have received an offer from a prestigious Private Financial firm in New York as follows, if Tomahawkcoin ICO is able to raise a minimum of $1 Mil USD in cryptocurrency value, they will commit $10 Mil USD from their portfolio assuring Tomahawk Exploration LLC success.

Due to aggreements between both parties, we are not allowed to disclose detailed information regarding the firm's name, but as soon as the goal in discussion is met, the company will make such agreements available for public view.

So with all these factors in place the price per barrel is going to move higher, although not good news for consumers, but great news for investors.

Tomahawk should recover net to our interest approx. 80,000 bbls per well. If we use a low figure of $40 per bbl that nets us $3,200,000 per well if oil never goes above $40 per bbl. I predict low $50's in 2018. The Tomahawk wells will cost appox $500,000 each with oil flowing into the tanks. 

Using our finding cost of $500,000 and finding 80,000bbls shows we are finding oil for $6.25 per bbl. Producing oil at $6.25 and selling for at least $40 should give us a very healthy profit. I really believe that with a future Steamflood we should get at least 200,000 net bbls per well for a profit of $80,000,000 at $40bbl. A Steamflood would inject steam into the formation and flush a lot more oil out (Up to 300bopd).

I hope this can clarify Tomahawks position on these matters. Remember, oil and it's derivatives (gasoline, diesel, plastics, medicines, fertilizers, many chemicals, lubrications and countless others) will be needed long after our lifetime. So, what are the projected revenues after drilling?
The Company expects more than $500,000 USD to be generated by each well per year based on the reserve reports:
10 wells x $500,000 = $5,000,000 a year revenue projection

Our initial plan was to transition from an already Private company to a Public traded one.

We never copied or pasted anything from ZRcoin, since we don't think ZrCoin is a legit business registered in Russia, their promises under US law would get them in trouble fast.

Tomahawkcoin is alive and well, the project was halted due to David Laurance that was not truthful about his troubled past and previous charges issued by the SEC on securities fraud regarding penny stocks that trade on the OTC markets.

The coin was created initially (as explained in the White Paper) with the honest intention to raise funds that would allow the lease of oil wells in California.

None of the things mentioned were lies with any intent to defraud investors.

His past was never forgotten by the SEC and as Government Institutions and Banks were taken by surprise of the immense and sudden success of the Virtual currency that was looked at as a joke by many (that aren't laughing anymore), the SEC felt they had to start somewhere and that was mainly triggered by Tim Drapper's success in his fund raising with Tezos, shortly after that they had mentioned they were after the DAI project but they had to reiterate that statement quick since they had no legal jurisdiction and with a fat lip they had to make it seem like they will give it a pass.

I was personally investigated, interviewed and testified by Serafima Krikunova from the SEC at their HQ in Downtown Manhattan in NYC at their address at Vessey St.

I was hired by David Laurance to start the coin on either ERC20 or any other Blockchain platform that would be reliable and stand the test of time since technology is changing fast and many savvy developers always look for ways to create a better coin, safer and faster.

Well...I abandoned the ERC20 idea since I had to take in consideration easier ways to launch the ICO taking in consideration the money required to pay for such a setup with major Exchanges like Poloniex, Bitrex, YoBit and so on, if nobody knows, they charge between $100,000 and $300,000 depending on the amount desired to be raised.

So, in order to avoid such enormous and ridiculous price I decided it would be best to use Waves platform that was previously announcing that they would host anyone's ICO that creates a coin on their platform, for propaganda purposes and personal promotion for their new platform, therefore, after I created the coin it turned out that so many were creating so many bogus coins that they couldn't keep up with the demand and decided to back off from that offer all together.

Nevertheless, the Tomahawkcoin was already born and we had to find other means or a different trustworthy host for our ICO and from a lengthy research we found Pay Services that was going to host it without a doubt and also willing to get paid only if it was a success, cause as mentioned if we weren't going to meet the $5 Million mark required the funds would have been returned to investors without question.

The reason for no decimal points in Tomahawkcoin was obviously because investors had an option to purchase shares in Tomahawk Exploration LLC for ratio of 1 TOM = 1 Tomahawk share that would now trade publicly on the OTC markets, not a requirement but an option.

So how we would value the coin ? Simple, 1 TOM = $1, therefore the shares issued on the markets would be valued at $1 also on the 1st day of trading on the Markets as an IPO,..so obviously as TOM holders trade their coins and shareholders trade their shares on open market the coin value would be decided by the now publicly traded shares of Tomahawk Exploration LLC, that in turn would created the demand or disinterest for Tomahawkcoin as shares would have their own volatility on Wallstreet.

What would happen when Tomahawkcoin holders decide to trade their coins with now the public traded company for shares, well the coins would be burned, as the ratio would have to be equal between TOM and TOM shares, or at the shareholders meeting everyone would vote if they should be kept in a secure escrow account that could be verified by everyone once the wallet address would be made public, as we aimed for total transparency, for possible subsidiaries acquisitions or cost of operations in the future.

All seemed well and the team was ready as well as trust worthy, never once was Mr. David in charge of holding the coins or distribute them, as a matter of fact he was never interested to hold any positions in coins, he was more concerned and qualified in the business aspect since he had no knowledge of how crypto worked, it was never a scam, just pure business.

The plan was simple as any business needs a startup portfolio, a profitable product and the perfect execution to turn it into reality, so, raise funds, buy a shell company that is already registered with the SEC, lease the oil wells and get to business,..no simpler than that,...but the SEC had other plans and the whole project fell apart because all of a sudden the virtual currency is a lucrative business and it disrupts their plan to keep everyone under their shoe, spreading wealth is not on their agenda and that exactly what the cryptocurrency has done in the last 10 years creating new millionaires at a rapid rate.

At the beginning they ignored all coins and the idea of virtual currency and laughed at it, as it caught traction they decided to bash it and used scare tactics to call it a scam, 'till this day there's one "celebrity professional, overqualified" like Bill Gates to call Bitcoin a scam of immense proportions where's I personally had adopted the virtual currency in 2011 with many websites hosted by Weebly and they were all shutdown with no explanation, 32 websites in total.

Now it's a Billionaires game and they were able to infiltrate all of us and snatch the coins at a rapid rate like Elon Musk and many others, while they were bashing it, they were buying it, now since they hold major stakes in various coins they promote it, hypocrisy never dies and it always works in their favor.

I was one of the 1st to call scam on Crypto Rush, Mintpal, Criptsy and CEX.io diluting hash rates at an alarming rate, same practices as in a Pump &Dump in the penny stock frauds practiced in Boiler Rooms.

I would never scam anyone, I'm a public figure with a clean record, an awarded hero with many live TV appearances and I would never jeopardize what I worked so hard for, even though the alias here was used for obvious reasons I never hid my true name on this board or any board, Horia Cretan has been and still is my very 1st account on bitcointalk and every other social media platforms, google my name and you'll see who I am.

I truly apologize to all here and those involved in this project, I spent a whole year of my life on this project in 2017 to see it grow and be able to give people value only to have the SEC "crash the party", I am so angry for obvious reasons at a broken and corrupt system and at the hearing with SEC I let them have it, 1st of all they had no clue how cryptocoins work, they were clueless, they were asking me what's a blockchain, very inexperienced and they took advantage of the tax payer money to come to NYC during Christmas to enjoy a nice vacation as I refused to travel to California,

I told them that I was broke, which was true, I had spent all my savings on this project and hadn't worked for a whole year on it, so I said, "If you want to see me, then come on over or pay for my round trip to California cause I do not have the means for a trip" also on Christmas of all times...not looking for anyone's sympathy, but I had my electric meter removed in NY for nonpayment and I was heating my coffee up with candles like a crack head, me my wife and my 3 kids suffered dearly cause we were so close to see a successful business running that I believed in so much, and now it seemed like I was scammed by a fraudulent system.

Well, it has been a long time since and everyone needs to know the truth as we all need some closure...it took me 4 years to recover financially and emotionally, but here we are, ..

Tomahawkcoin is still in the Waves wallet, the new wallet since Waves Exchange has a new updated version, easy to work with and very light, the oil project is not behind Tomahawkcoin any longer, but I am here to let you all know that from the bounties offered in TOM the coin has been trading in Europe and Asia ever since, I personally have not sold any coins, the number of coins in circulation is at around 3 million and the rest is safe in the same wallet, that proves I was never out to rob anyone or scam anyone since Tomahawkcoin is curentlly trading above $640 on COINONE the largest Exchange in South Korea, few months ago the coin was trading above $4100 and I still did not sell anything,...and why ?
