Problem is like many ICOs they don't have ANY product at all. What you are part of is a crowdsale so they can make the product they dream will transform the world. The developer basically has interesting ideas about websites usage and has written some books on it but after listening to him talk he admits himself they have actually zero code done...zero. You are funding someone with an idea, a cool idea but just an idea.

It looks like Pillar won't hit their minimum cap. I assume they will not launch their project and issue refunds to all contributors?

How is the schedule for refunds looking? It is only right that you refund if you don't hit your min cap.

How can they (etherdelta) start trading tokens when the ICO of the project is still ongoing. I think they should pause the trading until ICO is over.

I think its an IOU only not really sure about etherdelta i have no experience buying coins there

maybe the good reason for this , someone on etherdelta buy a lot of PLR then they make a PLR market.
because u know , market already opened since ICO opened too ,

"A few people have sold a VERY few PLR at a loss on Ether Delta. This does not mean anyone has to follow them over the cliff. This is not a mistake of the developers. It has already been stated days in advance that the pre-sale tokens would not be available until after the token-sale was over, but that token-sale tokens would be available after the minimum conditions of the smart contract were met, which was early in the morning. The contract cannot simply be changed in the middle of the token-sale."

Also wanted to add that Pillar doesn't control Ether Delta.  We can't force Ether Delta to remove any market.  We don't endorse Ether Delta.  Trade at your own risk.

Oh I forgot that the the token will be activated right after minimum sales hit. Thanks for the clarification devs. I thought that Pillar sales is just an error but anyway. Those who early sale in cheap price will suffer especially that the price of bitcoin is surging.

But looks the dev wasn't releasing the announcement about the direct trade of the pillar token at the same time with the crowd sale.
Nope, I think you misunderstood about that. Can you try to visit the speculation thread of bitcoin? It looks good for you to find the real answer that makes those investors are dumping its token below the ico price.

You could have believed the bitcoin to be the real and clear reason for those dumping sessions.
