The first large picture in the OP is a link to the site.  Also right below it where it says Pillar Project is a link also.  I think your right though it should say website.  We will get it fixed.

I think Poloniex won't add any new coins anymore. If Bittrex add Pillar that's enough for current demand. You can also use Etherdelta, that's legit decentralized exchange for Ethereum based tokens. I invest Pillar for longterm but if market price will be under ICO price then I'll buy more tokens.

You are comparing apples to oranges.  Bittrex is centralized and if they close you can lose everything on their exchange (ala Cryptsy).  EtherDelta is decentralized and you can't lose anything.

Keep in mind that the crypto market is now in free fall, because of bitcoin split rumors. People try to keep their money in bitcoin or fiat, but those who decided to invest in this 60 hours ICO are real believers and cryptofans, i wish them to make good profit from the pillar innovative idea, you deserve it guys.

I still believe they raise more ETH last hours. ETH price is also dropped so people who didn't sell their ETH want to invest good ICO's. This one (Pillar) is great ICO.

almost half of the token sold (https://pillarproject.io/purchase). I think all token will be sold out withing 11 hours.

I'm hoping that the token will be sold out and have a good value in the market when released or else if they are not satisfied with the result extend the time limit of the crowdsale to one more day to sold or the tokens but this is unlikely to happen because one of their mainline is the 60 hour token sale.

Nothing wrong with having fewer tokens in circulation. More demand and less supply means the price will (usually) go up up up!

On what principal internal exchange course would be organized? Exchange Price for other tokens would be set by project managers at their discretion or oriented for the average market price?

For my point of view this project seek for further development not just to become just a typical token on the market but a much more on than. If you will see the sale of the token you can see a great future a head of this project and for some it is a great opportunity to have a better and well developed investment for many. I agree. this concept is very big in the near future. If it was raised on the time where cryptocurrency is being used by anyone maybe this one should be big.
