Has anyone set up a DAS masternode on a Linux? My masternode is running on a Windows VPS and it is shame that I can not put my existing 4 Linux VPS in a good use to run DAS masternodes on them. What a waste (I have no idea how to compile from code, I would need a step by step guide, sorry)
I've running two MNs on ubuntu vps currently. Working fine, was a bit of a mess to compile it cause you need boost 1.57 etc. What linux version do you use on your vps machines? You can take this build instructions: https://github.com/Truckman83/DAS-source/blob/master/doc/build-unix.mdP.S. im not a linux pro. Hi, can you share the needed Linux Files with us? I'm trying to get a VPS set up for a while now, but I don't now Linux, the most manuals are on english and nothing works like it should. It's really frustrating. |

Why do masternode generate revenue only when solo mining works?
Masternodes are useless without solo minining?!

Masternodes are get paid by the network for the services they provide for PrivateSend. 45% of the new block's reward goes to pay the Masternodes.
Don't understand. Block reward is 25 DAS, but Masternode's reward is only 5 DAS, it's only 20%. And according block explorer only a small number of blocks have a reward for the masternode  DASH network has reward for masternodes in every block |

I created several masternodes
Award for Block 5 DAS (why so little?)
The award from the masternodes comes only when the solo-mining works.
When I stop mining masternodes income ceases to bring, although my masternodes works continue to have status "ENABLED" and are visible in the list of all master nodes.
I watched this for several days. It's very strange ..
I'm on the verge of disappointment in the DAS ...

The MN payout does not depend on the solo mining, moreover, given the current difficulty, you can not get the unit into solo.
