I would like more information how this would work from a healthcare professionals POV and what countries this would target?

That's an excellent point about protecting vulnerable patients from unscrupulous people.  Care4Me's most critical element is the group of Oracles who vet the nurses' professional qualifications and state licenses, before they are allowed to sign up on the app.  The app will monitor license expiration dates, and will disable access unless the expired license is renewed.

The process whereby the Oracle, or Director of Nursing, checks the qualifications will be fully documented, the documentary evidence will be archived in electronic files, and digitally signed to prevent tampering.  This cryptographic proof will then be recorded on the public blockchain ledger.  Authorized auditors can then review this documentation to confirm that only nurses with current certification were allowed to serve patients.

As a medical professional myself, I found this application quite convenient for both nurses and patients. For nurses, this application can help them have their own personal schedule that they can set up themselves. Aside from that, with this application, they can also choose which medical condition to handle, as the program let them accept or receive cases based on the geo-synced map.

In the case of the patient, the advantage of using this type of application is they can easily call for medical attention without having to go to a hospital as it is already brought to their place, particularly with the assistance of a professional nurse. Additionally, they can utilize their cryptocurrency as payment which is kind of unique for a medical service.

Hello Blake and thank you for your detailed questions,

• Talks are currently in place with Humana At-Home. This agency has a database of thousands of patients nationwide and a partnership with Humana will secure a database of patients with immediate need for In-Home care. In the platform's Version 2.0 we will expand into the private markets where people in need of hiring a nurse may do so through the app itself.
• Both nurses and clients alike, who have traditionally used agencies will be able to use this app. We will shortly release a Nurse On-Boarding Case Use infographic that will explain the process a Nurse takes to sign up to provide services through the app.
• At launch of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) we will service the American market first. Upon completion of future updates into Version 2.0 we will expand Internationally to Europe, South America and Asian markets.
