I think CEX.IO is strange.

I can not communicate with them.

I sent $ 3,000 seven days ago.

There is no response.

Is there a way I can find $ 3000?

It 's hard to trade because I can not trust it.

Never had any issues with them and support is excellent from them. I send several times money also i withdraw money with no delay. But now they are overwhelmed with transactions give them little time, withdrawal is fast now but for sending they have huge request. E-mail support they will help up as much they can also use app from them.

Since I never heard any bad or negative comments from them. Did you try to send a  support ticket?

I saw the thread title and thought it was 2013 again.

I honestly thought cex.io had collapsed, do they still cloud mine?

I logged in and had a small amount of BTC in there, so thanks for reminding me about the site Smiley

Contact your bank and ask them if the wire transfer went through from their end and make them call the receiving bank if the wire was received on the other end. If both answer yes, contact CEX again.

Im sure they are not running with your money. But theres surely something wrong with your transaction.

From where you are making your bank transfer? Is it outside EU or US?
It's taking unusually long so you need to check with your local bank is everything ok and did you filled all the required fields correctly. Mine are usually arriving in under 48 hours, but I'm EU based.

Usually they do well with bank transfers.
As the above comments state, try to contact the support again and check it with your bank. There should be a sound reason for that.

They do not communicate with normal business.

They asked for a long paperwork.

They asked me for my job, my job, my income.

I prepared and submitted all the documents.

I declare that I am a private business.

However, they did not properly examine the documents.

They wanted a payroll certificate.

I am a private business owner, how do I get a certificate of salary income?

They do not communicate normally.

I am afraid that they will refund it properly.

Yup, Don't trust it.

Just read the reviews on trustpilot.

I've been waiting for a ~9k USD withdrawal to my polish account for the past 30 days.

According to them transfers might/will take 20 banking days.

I didn't ask them to send it by ship or courier, I requested for a simple swift withdrawal.

Stay away from this crappy exchange^.
Better to keep calm look at the post above if  you can verify that you are the real owner of the account they can help you to fix your issue and i think you are not the only one who experience the same thing ..
CEX.io was one of the old exchange site but i can't guarantee that they can fix your issue.
Better to use the support ticket and talk to them to fix your issue. .
