Lots of speculation around the place on this coin, and a few pools hashing pretty hard. Are we going to see any solid proof of it being put on an exchange or just more speculation?

I know that there is a beta exchange that has it listed. Still also hearing rumors that others are waiting out the CNC FTC storm

Oh? That's the first time i've heard that. I'd imagine an exchange like btc-e would be in that position, but how about bter? They seem pretty happy to adopt anything that is popular enough, do you think we could get them to post RYC?

Send them emails asking them to add it.

With the big hashrate this coin has (currently 277MH), for a week old coin, that's very high. Something big is in the works, I think...

BigVern's exchange is currently in testing mode, so coins are made-up at the moment and a few people are helping him test it out to make sure it works correctly. It won't be functional for a while i think, he's taking his time to make sure it works well and he irons out all the bugs/issues. I recommend checking for updates on the above forum link and i also highly recommend all of his pools - they pay out the correct amount and are constantly up, i've been mining a few of his pools for about a week now and they seem pretty solid.

BigVern seems pretty legit imo, his pools aren't heavily advertised because retards don't use his pools and spam everyone with ad's, keep an eye out for things he does - he and his friends are contributing a fair bit to the altcoin community. Remember to put in a donation % if you mine from his pools for appreciation purposes.

Bter.com just purchased a bulk amount of 200K RYC. They may be moving to add it to their exchange as they have been an early adopter for many of the recent Alt-Coin. If your holding RYC it would be a good thing to keep your eye out for.

People are actually still mining PowerCoin/Franko... (coin?)?? Seriously? I mean i guess most altcoins are a bit of a joke with the way they are developed and released, but those ones... jeez.

At least Chinacoin had a bit of mystique behind it because no one could read the website...

IMO Royalcoin perhaps could have had an interesting launch if it had a website written in german... or perhaps russian =o
