Anyone using EthexIndia to buy Ethereum? What is the minimum amount of Ether one can buy there?

The only problem with the site is that they charge too much in fees which is 1% to buy and 1% to sell. SO i think buying btc and then converting to ETH at any international exchanges are better than buying here. Hope below link helps.

I really dint know about this site about buying ethereum in India I was just using bitcoin to buy ethereum anyhow I will try to buy some ethereum from this site.

Exactly the fees is pretty high. The minimum amount of Eth one can buy and sell is 1 Eth.

It is a sister site of BTCxIndia which used to be big site before but couldn't cop-up with competition as against big 3 (CoinSecure, Zebpay & UnoCoin).
EthexIndia is legit site and only recognized Indian Ethereum platform. But recently it facing many problems like long verification process waiting, lame rates, etc.
I agree with reply above that you should buy ETH with BTC instead INR.

Ethxindia should seriously consider lowering their fees.

i think its matter of time ethexindia will succumb to competition so i would recommend to make a switch (use zebpay the use shapeshift to convert BTC to ETH)
