I think it depends on the people on how he will handle his life so that he'll became a rich person. BTC is nothing to do in being rich because the hardwork and ofcourse the strategy of the person is the who will make him a rich person and nothing to do with the bitcoin. Not Really instant, Not unless you bought BTC 2-3 years ago, and start selling now, that is what you called INSTANT MONEY after you convert. but by just knowing about bitcoins, you will never get rich.  start working and it takes time to build a huge BTC stash.

Well yes partly.  Partly because if you have many bitcoins then you are already rich instantly.  But if you are new to it like me, and do not have many bitcoins then it would not be instant because you have to work hard.  You need perseverance and patience in earning bitcoins.  Same thing with investing or trading.

People getting involved (buying) in bitcoin now will not become instantly rich. Bitcoin is a great store of value, a brilliant investment. There is a chance to become rich by holding bitcoin but it won't happen instantly for anybody who buys at this point.

there are two words above I think are the ones to focus on "instant" and "get rich"
as Xester points out if you bought into bitcoin many years ago you are rich now
depending on how many you have, but that really wasnt instant IMO

I dont think bitcoin is instant way to get rich, there is no instant way to get rich unless you win lottery or mega jackpot in casino. Bitcoin, yes you can earn huge sums of money but still it came from hardwork and research it is the fruit of it. What i mean is bitcoin is like a Job so if you do your job better you gain larger but if you dont care about the job and youll not earn.

Investing in Bitcoin does gives a person a chance to get rich, but to become instantly rich from bitcoin is a dream that everyone is dreaming, there have been quite a number of news reports on people becoming a millionaire overnight because of bitcoins, but they are some of the few early adopters that are lucky enough to purchase bitcoin at the value of under $50 USD in the past and hold most of their bitcoins until today.

We can't really foresee what would be the price of bitcoin be heading in another 5 years time, but I believe some investors are buying bitcoins even at the price of $2500 USD because they believe bitcoin values would be higher in another few years time, and if it really happens, it would be time for them to get into news report becoming millionaires overnight.

It is a misconception that bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme. Though there are people who got rich because of bitcoin, there are other stocks that can get you rich as quick as bitcoin. The main factor is not bitcoin but rather your financial intelligence. If it is just bitcoin, those who discovered it early should have been all rich by now, but not. Theres no way to get rich instantly. Earning bitcoin for me is not too easy, it takes time and effort before we can get the thing that we are needed. Maybe bitcoin can help you in an easy way but not just and instant. Everything that can from an instant or easy way can lose so very easy too. Hardwork so that you can earn.

my thought is your topic is too vague and despite others saying the same thing you seem to have missed it so far by not clarifying two things: rich and instant.
for some getting rich is having 1 billion dollar for some a lot less.
and also an instant means a second

It is better to situate the claim on a specific period. Some would say here that it is not instant, some would say there is still hardwork needed and some strategy. Well, If you purchased for some insignificant reason a few pieces of bitcoin less than several years ago and forgot about it, by the time you remember it, you will just wake up one day very rich. That's somehow instant and did not even need a single brain cell to think through. The wealth just came knocking at your door. The situation today is different though.

Instant way to get rich? Sorry but this is rubbish. You can only instantly get rich if you win the lottery. With Bitcoins only few people got rich and that were early adopters. All other users have to invest their knowledge, time, experience and patience to get some decent profit but not to get rich.
