The "Pull requests" are for people to submit code that has already been written for review and inclusion in Electrum.

Issues would be the most appropriate place to add suggestions. While it is more commonly used for reporting bugs, I'm pretty sure it can be used for feature suggestions as well.

please make sure to search first to see if the feature (suggestion) already exists or not and also search the issues on github, there may already be one very similar one open so there wouldn't be any reason for creating a duplicate.

you can also post it here first. the developer is usually checking this board too.

I have already post my suggestion nine days ago on github (issue tab). But I did not mark it as a suggestin in the title, because I was not sure if it was only a problem with my system or if it is also a problem for other users.

I got an apt answer and the answerer was able to reproduce the issue. But he immediately closed the issue right after he answered it.

Feels to me like: Yes you are true, but we have to live with this behaviour. So, seems this issue was not noted down on any list as a "feature request".

This was the reason why I asked in this forum, if there is any platform particularly to post suggestions.

if so maybe it was a mistake or maybe he had a good reason for closing it. you can send him a message here and see if he replies. but this doesn't seem to be something serious to be honest. and apparently it is not at all common as you said everyone runs windows on administrator
