They posted in there telegram that they haven't reached their $$ amount due to btc and eth having a bad day... Seems legit...I took the leap and hope for the best!
I started to watch the transfer of ETH https://etherscan.io/address/0xdb0c61c0110fa3469b28dca4341c6214f154b98f after about 2,5 hours ICO started and there were 3k of ETH (about 600k USD) and it was only one direction of ETH transfer. Don't forget about BTC. And they telling that they still didn't reach the softcap 1.5 mln USD? Oh, really?  I'm still waiting for explanation. |

This information from the site: "During the period September 15, 2017 – October 15, 2017 an initial coin offering will occur at a price to be announced, payable in BitCoin or Ether (the “ICO”). The maximum number of CAT Tokens available for purchase will be 1,000,000,000." Now the price is 50% off, then the usual price will 5 cents. So if nothing changes, then the hard cap will be 50M |

Our technical team looked at the issue and explained to SergeFF. In short, we are using a third party solution and this is a security measure from this third party. Hope this helps! |

Yes, I received an explanation of suspicious transactions. As I understand they use a third party - gateway-service for receiving of funds where all incoming coins from different customers are mixed. Waiting the information about gathered ETH/BTC and sold tokens.

I would like to point out that this project in no way seeks to build a search engine such as Google which indexes the web. The search system is confined to their 'ecosystem'. It would be neat if an ethereum based decentralized web crawling and search system was implemented, where you could gain tokens by offering your computer to crawl and index the web, but this outside the scope of this project. The idea of using blockchain to record user interests to help with connect businesses to consumers is neat - but it will take quite awhile for this to result in an ecosystem of any significant size.
I am curious about what machine learning/recommender system technologies they will make use of.
(for everyone who thinks it is going to be a decentralized Google)

Why are there no details of the total number of CAT tokens sold, how many USD total have been achieved, etc. I think everyone is wondering about this because they want transparent information to the public before they decide to participate in the main ico later. |
