It seems they are now discussing to postpone the ICO because of the Bitcoin hard fork. Not sure if there has been any official statement so far?

It has already been confirmed that the ICO will be postponed after the Bitcoin hard fork. An announcement about the exact date will be made at least 48 hours in advance of the token sale.

Will it be postponed ICO again? It isn't seriously. Decide once and for all and take responsibility. If you can not decide on the date of ICO, what will happen with the development of the product? Will you make promises over and over again, finding absurd excuses?
