Dude...first things first, dust off that poor graphic card and the rest of the hardware your rig will be thankful and might even run a bit less hot.

You should put your rig in a room with a good airflow, preferably dry(obviously not bathroom lol), spacious room less misc stuff...something in that order by my priority.

I'd cut a piece of plywood and make some spacers and start stacking cards on top of the Asus card..
