Its not just you that have been hacked, i saw earlier posted with the same problem. You better check the web address you are entering, you might have been caught by phishing.

Are you sure that tokens for which you are working have been already distributed? If yes, then you probably need to add Custom token to your wallet to be able to the balance.

That not really problem to showing you've 0 ETH on wallet. You must know ETH are platfrom, were their able to creat new feature like some sub-coin.
If you got payment from campaign twitter or facebook, make sure you're got that's are "token of ETH not ETHCOIN"
Usually you like must add new token on your wallet like "Add Token.... then fill the form."

Please make sure that they give away Token of ETH but not ETH coin since there are many coins which using ETH platform are planning to ICO now, maybe they try someone to fund their project.

you can write youre addres in here, or you can check youre addres in etherscan.io
