People have the chance to appeal it - then their activity will be looked at. Are they active in this thread, our forum, reddit, twitter, etc. If they are, they're being reinstated. If they aren't being active, they aren't being reinstated. Seems the most fair to me.

If they missed info about the change, and aren't even in any of the groups/discussions, then frankly they don't deserve it.

Does the Wallet need to run for 24hrs straight to become mature coins or can i run it like 12hrs today and 12hrs tomorrow too?

I think your coins just need to be in your wallet for 24 hrs and they will become mature , you don't have to keep your wallet online for your coins to be mature , but in order to stake them I think you should keep it online.

They will become mature within 24hrs - wallet open, or not. To stake, however, the wallet must be open, and unlocked.

No, you do not need to install tor browser.
- If you are not using the latest wallet version, get the latest wallet.
- Back up old wallet.

What country are you from, based on the response we might already conclude you won't be able to connect at all. E.g. China and I believe Russia have difficulties connecting to the TOR network (which is required for DeepOnion to make safe and anonymous connections)
