As far as I know, when you stake you are a node, so the second implies the third?

My node is running 24/7 since I discovered DeepOnion and I would recommend doing that to anyone who is using it to contribute this simple way and help the network.

Nope novaexchange is not down as I can login without any issues, probably those who has problem in logging in are those who live in banned IP. Afaik there are some banned IP ranges, you may suggest them to use VPN, hope it works.
