Good News
Bitzure has been removed from coinmarketcap following people complaints.  Cheesy
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/deeponion/

This is great news indeed CS! Unfortunately I suspect those who have deposited funds to Bitzure have lost them altogether however...
I missed what happened with Bitzure.  Was it a shady exchange and they were stealing people's onions?

They outright robbed a slew of people who were trying to buy onions. Shame. One guy lost upwards of $5k

I read earlier this morning that this one guy's friend sent 4 BTC over there last night. That's rough.

I forgot the coin and the exchange, but I once saw that one exchange was selling a particular coin very cheaply, and I seriously consider of taking advantage of that incredible opportunity. I could make a lot of money. I did not want to kick myself for not taking advantage of it later on, and I needed to do it as soon as possible before the opportunity passed. But I Google the exchange, and though it seemed to work for many people, for many others they had their coins stuck there, with support not responding to their email for weeks.

And I thought, don't be greedy, it's not worth it.

And that's the part that people have to understand in crypto, to not let their emotions, fear of missing out get the upper hand. That's really what ruin many people.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I'm glad you didnt get scammed by Bitzure. Lots of people lost alot with them. If you want to purchase onions you can do so safely at novaexchange.com. I myself have purchased a few thousand onions with no issues whatsoever.

I can confirm NOVA exchange works well. I have moved btc there, bought onions, transferred onions to my onion wallet, transferred onions back to Nova, sold them and transferred btc back to my wallet. All this without a problem or delay at any stage.

Experience is the best teacher. I've lost a lot, just being new and letting emotions take over. I've lost a lot in the past. But you learn from those experiences. Though I'm over at the moment, what I will never get what could have been.

That was really big, why would he have to put that big amount at once, he can just buy a portion then withdraw and then deposit.
I think he is a whale and this time he loss a big amount of money without even trading it, I don't know if it's big to him.

I don't get why people trade at bitzure, isn't novaexchange is perfect fine for trading? though it is a small exchange, it is pretty ok.

Glad this issue was rectified immidiately.
Who knows how many more people can be a voctim if this continues to go on.  Lessons learned,  let us all be more vigilant on every transaction that we do.  Cryptocurrency was said to be created with trustlessness as a basis,  and we cant deny the fact that there are people out there who will do all sorts of evil just to have money.

Hi! I did put all of DeepOnion nodes (Almost 300 nodes) here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/wkkkrayrbhjeba2/DeepOnion.conf

If someone find a duplicate nodes, I'll pay 5 onions per duplicate, I'm sure there's no duplicates on it because I check 3x before putting in this post.

Node sources,

I don't get why people trade at bitzure, isn't novaexchange is perfect fine for trading? though it is a small exchange, it is pretty ok.

Trying to arbitrage due to cheap onion on bitzure, they fall for the shiny gold in the end its just a rock

Awesome work on putting this together! Does that mean this link is no longer being updated on a regular basis?

I guess the fear of missing out is called FOMO, you are right emotions can make you lost money, yeah i read about the person who loss 4BTC is pretty sad. before to do a risky movement he should do it  with a small amount of BTC.

In begining no one know that bitzure is scamer. And novaexchange did not work so well. Even now lots of time I cant accses novaexchnge.
But now only peoples not active here are still trading on bitzure scamers exchange Sad

I'm doing a 2 Onion giveaway for each person that posts a picture of their pet with an onion.  You can view the thread and participate at:

https://www.deeponion.org/community/threads/2-onions-giveaway-post-a-picture-of-your-pet-with-an-onion-to-qualify.2936/

Special bonus: If you have a dog that looks exactly like mine and post a picture with an onion I will give you 20 ONIONS.

Stop by and join the fun!  Grin

Here is mine. Meet Daisy my pet chihuahua with an onion on her plate.

<snip>

(sorry only had half an onion in the refrigerator.)  Grin

This is Sunshine hodling her Onion while sitting in my lap.  My little Jack Russel Terrier Princess, can you believe someone dropped her over the fence into our backyard around 9 years ago and she's been my angel ever since. Smiley

That cheeahuahua (phonetically spelling that is way more fun) is precious too and she just feels very calm in that image as opposed to some I have come across that are..... rather yippy, must be the onion dinner Smiley.

**edit** Noticed I was supposed to put it up in the community thread, oh well, do that later Tongue.

(sorry only had half an onion in the refrigerator.)  Grin

lovely dog, and lovely picture. I can't believe there are 1145 pages now in this thread... wonderful community!
