It is not always a set amount. It also depends on the weight of the network. Some days I get almost nothing, then other days I might get 4-5, with some days inbetween..

Yes, the dev team is working in a new wallet that will accept verifications in DeepVault with a lower fee than before (just 0.1 Onion).

I think it will be released soon.

The 0.008 ONIONS you received, are not staking coins. These 0.008 is something like a proof of your address to participate in the aidrops. The staking rewards are higher, 10% annual. The staking rewards, in the wallet, have the symbol of Minning (a  picture of a hammer and an other artefact), you can check that the 0.008 you received haven't got this picture.

My question is, how can ONION beat other privacy coin? Every year we got so many new privacy coin kept existing.

There are other privacy coins, and they are good ones as well. However, whether their coins are better of worse it doesn't matter because onion has the best marketing and community compared with the rest. When the devs finish the roadmap you will see it dominate the privacy market (best coin + marketing).

Agreed. Perhaps download the most recent wallet, redownload and sync the blockchain and ensure that you have your wallet unlocked for staking.
