The white paper will give deep onion a better reputation amongst the more experienced people with cryptocurrency, that made their money on bitcoin, might even attract more miners as well.

The posting requirement has been dropped to 3 on bitcointalk and 2 in the deeponion forums. Also there is no registration date requirement so getting an airdrop is much easier now, just need to get some onions - cryptopia or kucoin

Agreed,  the only thing people need to get involved straight away is $700-800 worth of onions and wait 4-5 weeks to get the junior status here

Its in the best interest for any serious project with a long term vision to have a sound whitepaper. This will give much insight into to the project as a whole. Investors and technical experts normally refer to the whitepaper to see if the project has a valid foundation for growth based on whats presented. So yes the whitepaper is basically DeepOnions technical manual, its for this reason everything need to be done to the point and be perfect so it does not appear or come across as mediocre.

6 months time when the staking rewards are reduced to 5 percent, it will be another driving factor to push the price up as well. With Deeper pumping out thoroughly tested features with smooth releases, im sure the crypto world would watch deep onion fly past most cryptos in price as there will be very little in supply in comparison to some coins out there that are around the same price at the moment.
