Well they are anonymous to the extend to which you don't give away any personal details on the Bitcointalk forum - so there's still some personal responsibility there. Please don't give away what country you are, where you live, how to contact you etcetera.
Well it's not only about giving out your personal details or links to your twitter or facebook accounts. It's not unreasonable to assume that both of those forums log your IP address and it's very likely if they were asked to do so they would pass that information to legal authorities. So there's a link right there. well the moment you cash out at an exchange you need to give that exchange your ID so they've tagged your address and see your past transactions. I don't understand how this is any more anonymous then bitcoin? Is it giving anything other then TOR integration which we all use already?
This is exactly what DeepSend is (will be) for. I'm very interested on how deepsend will achieve this, but there is no whitepaper. If you have any links or can give more info on that I would appreciate it. sounds like what every other coin is doing...which can easily be traced to an exchange when you take out your money True, as long as a coin doesn't become an economy on itself (so the value resides within the network and isn't taken out to fiat) many coins can still be tracked via exchanges, which usually require that you are verified up to some level. |

Someone on Cryptopia dumped their Onions - shame, they are going to SOOOOO regret that, soon I hope so,.. I am curious, why was it drop so much ? is there some one want to give a little guy with a cheap price ? it' is very strange almost 4 days the price offering (ask side) is very strong, but today in just 1 hour price drop so big ? and the worst part I can;t catch that opportunity |

No, now you just should be a Jr. Member or up to be qualified for main airdrop. Also, you need minimum 100 Onions as was the case previously. There is no more prerequisite of registration date. You need minimum 3 bitcointalk posts with minimum 50 characters and 2 official DeepOnion forum posts weekly now. Previously, it was 5 bitcointalk posts and 3 official DeepOnion forum posts weekly. |

Based on the information released so far, Deepsend is going to be particular decentralized implementation of CoinJoin protocol. While we don't know exact implementation details yet, we know that it is going to be based on another implementation called SuperSend which was used by cryptocurrency Supercoin.
