i believe hold bitcoin for next several years will more profitable rather than other coin and actually i don't want to take my own risk with pick new altcoins for my long term investment because it would not guarantee those altcoin will be last long and i don't want my investment became dust before reach my target sell but if i have to pick altcoins as instead of bitcoin investment my answers is i would pick the major altcoins who already survive more than 1 year such as Doge or LTC

Do not invest full money in any one altcoin. Distribute it into 3 to 4 coin. Bitcoin also good one for invest. It will make good profit in next 1 to 2 year.

Bitcoins are the only coins that have potential of making you billionaire in the coming years.
Bitcoins are already heading towards 5k dollars and I believe they will be able to reach this value before the beginning of 2018. Bitcoin is only the key to billionaire future.

If you put 50k in one alt coin and wait 2 years you will most likely be closer to 500$ then 1 million. Keep bitcoin and gamble with a small percentage and divercify. Don't try to time the bottom and the top. Thats just like winning the lottery.
