You have to read this reply about your concern everything explained in details how bittrex will get involve into this ICO.

We have a direct partnership with Bittrex. $10M of the total $50M raise will be issued through the Bittrex exchange and be available to trade immediately after the end of the token generation event on the Bittrex platform.

The remaining $40M of the token generation will be issued through smart contracts on August 15th.

Token generation event on the Bittrex platform will allow participants unfamiliar with the process of smart contracts to easily contribute to the TGE event.

As I've encountered this project the other day from the other thread, I can say that it has positive vibes on me.
Checking the individuals who comprise the team and their partnerships will give you the impression that this will push through.
Though the supply is so huge but there's a valid reason on why such enormous amount.
