I was born to Christian parents, who were moderately religious. But I became an atheist when I grow up. I don't have anything against the Christians. My parents and some of my relatives are still Christian. But I regard Christianity as a backward religion.

Strange in you perception of religion and somehow it turns out a bit strange that religious parents have a child who perceives religion as backward barbarism. It seems to me that you were influenced by other faiths.

I respect all religions, but I do not belong to any religion. Everyone should respect the choice of another person and foolishly hate him because he believes in something else.

I really hate the Christians. My tribe was submitted to genocide by the Christians, just because we refused to abandon our ancient religion (Hinduism). Our villages were burnt down, girls were raped, and elders were beheaded. Now most of the members are living as refugees in Tripura and Assam. Only those who are ready to convert are allowed to go back to Mizoram.

Of course not. It makes no sense hating on a person who didn't do any harm. If you hate them for no reason, then you are the problem.
What I hate though, are religious extremists. Those that say that "gays are going to hell" and the like. They miss the point of their religion, which is love and peace. They're doing the complete opposite of this. They are said to even follow people to their houses if someone disagrees with them. Very sick group of people for sure.

Sometimes I hate my co Christians because they are rude. So basically it is not about the religion, it is the person itself. Their characters or traits that caused us to dislike or hate them. But being Christian is always been a good thing and good feeling. Many are Christian and many are peace loving.

Thank you for this post. It led me to look at the wikipedia entry for Mizoram. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MizoramQuite interesting. To be fair, though, the tribes seemed to have a long history of chopping off heads of neighboring tribes, before Christianity arrived with the British?

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.

Do I hate the followers of an ancient culturally-based sect (now widespread and splintered (but well rooted) right across the entire globe), one among a couple closely related sects (Judaism and Islam), all of which originated in the middle east? Do I hate all the well-oiled ones, the enriched ones, the holy ones, the superior ones, the chosen ones, the ones who are the fucking best, better than all the rest? Do I hate the exclusive ones, the only ones who are exceptional, like none other could ever be? Actually, to tell the truth, I wish I could be like that, exceptional and exclusive (but not to the point of logic-less rage), but I just can not, and it is hard to find my peace and not hate, cause my own serenity is way more important than walking around hating these exclusively exceptional bastards. "Jesus Christ" is an english transcript of two words, Iesous (a greek name of a male), also related to or transcripted from a hebrew word, also for a male, but transcripted in the english language as 'Joshua'. 'Christ' is an english transcript of a greek word 'christos', with the meaning of "anointed". So in short, it is something like Iesous (greek pronunciation important because it's the name of a male) the anointed. 'Anointed' itself is someone who has been oiled. So the short and sweet in english - but with the original pronuciation for the namesake is Iesous the well-oiled one.
If this sounds too complicated, then the simplest solution to avoid confusion would be to just say well-oiled Joshua.

If so, why?
I personally never hate Christians, even though we have different beliefs, because we humans are also social creatures that live together and need each other sailing. For me to carry out religious orders according to my beliefs, and we should not hate or oppose other beliefs in order to create togetherness in different beliefs.

Why have hate or animosity towards someone because of their religious differences, I think we have too much hate already in this world.

The same excuse given by the missionaries to destroy the indigenous culture. They claim that earlier all these tribal people were barbarians, and they were "saved" after the missionaries converted them to Christianity. There are still a large number of Hindu tribals living in Tripura and Assam. I haven't heard about any head hunting incident being reported from there for the last 100 years.

I do not hate Christians. Where in the world did this question come from?
There are 2 billion of them on Earth... which means if one hates Christians, it would be like hating 30% of Humanity.

I am more curious about what and how this poll would effect you and others. This kind of topics is rather sickening to me. I can hardly see anything constructive out of it.

Furthermore, unlike the Qur'an the Bible is not believed to be the exact or direct word of God, so it could be subject to human error.
Depends on the flavor of Christian, there are plenty who believe the bible is the actual word of god. It still shows that Christianity is an extremely broad umbrella. Personally, I'd be worried if the majority of Christians took it too literally. I do not hate Christians. Where in the world did this question come from?

I hate 100% of humanity, so this isn't hard.

Why I should hate Christians, they are also human being like me. Our gods may differ or the way we live or eat may differ but that shouldn't become the reason to hate them. All are equal in the eyes of god so should be in the eyes of human being.

Sometimes religious fanatics seem crazy to me, but they do not arouse hatred for me. They can only cause laughter, because they are afraid to go against their religion and face the truth.

I hate 100% of humanity, so this isn't hard. If you hate 100% of humanity then you must hate yourself. How you live like that? Probably hard to live 27/7 in an atmosphere of constant hatred? I don't believe in God so for me there is no difference between people. My attitude to people depends solely on their actions.
