Any advice on this?  I filled out a support ticket to Poloniex on June 2 because I mistakenly sent BTC to my USDT wallet at Poloniex from Coinbase.  The transaction was confirmed on blockchain explorer and I gave the transaction info to Poloniex.  Is Poloniex that backed up on support issues?

I got a ticket over 2 weeks old and from what I see I have literally got not chance of getting a response at the near future.
I just hope that polo will start moving up things and will start to hire some new stuffs before everybody moves to other exchanges.

I think this is not the problem with poloniex but this is purely because of your mistake. You send coin from coinbase to poloniex but the address you sent is wrong, then you ask for help to poloniex by wishing the lost coin is funded in your poloniex account. This has nothing to do with poloniex and coinbase, you better be careful and always check again before transacting.
