learning takes time and effort. start with google! search for anything you want to learn, use different keywords, spend some time and if you didn't find the answer to your questions or if the answer you found was not clear enough and you still had doubts then come back here and ask a clear and specific question.
asking "I want to learn about bitcoin and blockchain" is a very broad question that does not have any answer.

you can aslo start by reading the bitcoin.org website, bitcoin wiki, and some of the articles on coindesk which are about basics of bitcoin like how it works, how mining works, what is a wallet, where to buy, where to spend, ...

and price is a completely different topic. you need to learn about things affecting the market, learn about trading, and possibly learn more about technical analysis and how to read charts,...

Hi Coinzzz! I just want you to know that you had a very good choice by studying about the wonderful technology which is blockchain.

Just like to every beginner thread I read, I always suggest reading coindesk's guide compilation. It's enough to get you started. Link: coindesk.com/information/

Unfortunately I can't suggest you any books since I haven't personally read a blockchain-focused book, but you might be interested in some informative youtube channels. Here are some I personally watch:

You will not be able to learn everything about Bitcoin, etc. from a single source.

You must do research in many places online such as this forum, bitcoin instructional websites, YouTube, etc.

You must also create a wallet, paper wallet, download a wallet client, make addresses, learn about mining Bitcoins, read about alternate cryptos, etc. Nothing beats experience... the more time you spend on Bitcoin, the more knowledgeable you will become about it.

There is much information that is freely available on the internet about Bitcoin. There are some good books you can read, some of which are free. One good book for learning about Bitcoin is called "Mastering Bitcoin". I think that it's a free book but I'm not entirely sure. This book talks about the technology of Bitcoin, as well as how wallets are created. the way transactions work, the security features and all kinds of other details.
You can also find many videos on the topic on Youtube. Checking out this forum and various blogs can also be of use to know about the most recent news.

I really recommend anyone wanting to learn about Bitcoin to use Khan Academy. The creator of the videos gives a great overview of digital signatures, how transactions work, proof of work, block chains and their security, and how bitcoins are generated. Its great for beginners and even people who have some knowledge but are confused about certain topics.

Check it out: https://www.khanacademy.org/economics-finance-domain/core-finance/money-and-banking/bitcoin/v/bitcoin-what-is-it

The Antonopoulos book is a good on to start with, but it's good to have
a "double exposure" so I recommend the "Princeton book" and the associated
material that are available here http://bitcoinbook.cs.princeton.edu/

Note that the early version of the book is freely downloadable here

If you have a strong desire to learn all about bitcoin and blockchain then I don't think you need to ask about where to find the resources there are so many of them there on the internet. In present day world when we have almost the entire world at our fingertips it's not that hard to learn anything about something whose backbone is the internet itself. Just google whatever you want to learn about bitcoin, watch videos on YouTube, read articles on Wikipedia and seek help from your friends and if you don't have a friend who can help you with bitcoin then you have this forum where there are so many people who know almost everything about bitcoin. Just make efforts and you will be successful in learning everything about bitcoin.

I know a few thing or two but i want to know in dept about all this stufs like how blockchain functions

Once you've gotten past public blockhains and PoW/PoS, you might want to continue with reading up on private blockchain implementations that businesses are starting to look into. Hyperledger is one of them:
