I read some informations about the project and it is interesting the projects are clear. I only have a question because it confuse me a little. 
In two weeks duration of ico if the soft and max cap has been reach it will stop right, but if the min or max cap doesn't reach for example in two weeks is there a additonal time frame for the Ico?

No additional time frame. The contribution period ends even if limit isn't reached.

How does integration with Aragon looks like?

For every district made, a corresponding Aragon entity is made where all governance decisions can be occur. The creator of a district receives an initial voteshare, and while we'll have a default parameter set for bylaws in the Aragon entity, these will be configurable by the district creator and can have change enacted by stakeholders in later votes.
